Special feature apartments

Hamar Hostel is renovating/designing 16 apartments. Each apartment will have its own character.


The project is called "Everything in Hamar" and will present companies/attractions in the Hamar region in a new way. The apartments will reflect the companies they represent. The Ankerskogen Swimming Pool apartment came first, completed in the summer 2009 with the Løiten Lys apartment completed not far behind in autumn 2009.

Designer Hilde Gustava Ovesen from Gustav Culture Factory is responsible for working in cooperation with the companies in order to decorate the rooms in a way which is both inspiring and which also accurately reflects the company.

The price of these apartments is the same as for the “normal” apartments.

Ankerskogen
Book your dream apartment for the family, "Ankerskogen".

Here you will experience Hamar´s "Ankerskogen swimming pool" without getting wet! The theme is water and the color is blue. This was the first of our 16 apartments to be transformed and it was unveiled 12 June 2009. See pictures of the Ankerskogen apartment below and be tempted to stay overnight in an apartment that is guaranteed to be out of the ordinary.

The price of this apartment is the same as for the “normal” apartments.

Løiten Lys
Book your dream apartment, "Løiten Lys".

Now you can live in a warm, rustic and homely environment with live candles on the walls. The Løiten Lys apartment was opened on 18 October 2009. See photos of the Løiten Lys apartment below and be tempted to stay overnight in an apartment that is guaranteed to be out of the ordinary.

The price of this apartment is the same as for the “normal” apartments.
